Our Kindred Satchel app is filled with special moments to make sure that you are able to share in the awe and wonder your child is experiencing during their nursery day. It is a safe and secure way to keep all our families updated with their little one’s daily activities, share nursery news and take the stress out of those admin tasks, like informing us if your family is off on holiday or when your new invoice is ready.

As a parent, it's fantastic for seeing what my little one has been up to during the day and what his care needs have been. I use the app to see how much he's eaten, how long his naps were, and what his developmental needs are through observations and next steps. Unfortunately with me being a practitioner too, the app seems to crash when I switch over my account. Therefore, I do have to uninstall and reinstall it fairly regularly.

My one and only frustration is that every time I open the app, it says I have a connection error. No reason for this. I am in a strong 4G network area and WiFi at home is excellent. I can only assume it is down to the android platform as my husband doesn't have any issue using an iPhone.
