KIO KUX is a mobile application with the aim of offering an additional communication channel to our customers.
The application allows to make calls to the attention group and to an escalation pyramid, it also allows to make requests.
With this application, 5 actions can be performed to interact with the KIONETWORKS service.
These actions are:
1.- Raise relevant incident using a red button.
2.- Make calls to your assigned Service Manager and Service Delivery
3.- Make a direct call to the KUX service group.
4.- Create an application ticket.
5.- See the monitoring of your tickets.
