Our team of doctors can also draw on a wealth of experience that you have acquired at various emergency doctor bases, emergency helicopter and at university clinics. Since MEDHOTLINE.at is another module from our association for patient and intensive care transport Styria, we can round off our offer perfectly for you. This year we have already been able to extensively test the services we have made available to MEDHOTLINE. We have already demonstrated our skills for our partner Sea Help® and their more than 30,000 customers, and handled one or two emergencies on land or at sea.
Our emergency paramedics give first aid instructions on the phone, thereby calming the situation. Of course, we also support the start-up of the rescue chain or, if necessary, the rescue on site. We can also bring you from an island location to the mainland (2020 limited to Croatia). If necessary, we consult a doctor at all times. Since we can use many communication options with today's technology, we naturally also offer video telephony and thus real telemedical advice for our German-speaking customers abroad. We can also send our multilingual prescriptions to you in this way, so that you can get the medication you need on-site and prescribed by our doctors on duty.
We are also happy to help you find a hospital abroad so that you can always find the right and quick care that you need. A core competence of our company is also the medical clarification of the transport ability on site, as well as the organization of the home transport on land or in the air. We can also help you organize beds in hospitals or sanatoriums in your home country. Of course, our team can also access our own ambulances and an intensive care transporter. Jet or helicopter transports are provided by our partners.
