K-REACH LoC Creator is an application to check KECI database (Korea Existing Chemical Inventory) with CAS no. and to simulate creation of letter of confirmation(LoC) for Korea chemical regulatory requirement under Chemical Control Law and K-REACH. LoC is one of mandatory simple documents that oversea chemical producers must prepare for Korea importers for notification. Creators are recommended to check the website (https://ncis.nier.go.kr/) to check the latest update of inventory but this application can be used for chemical producers or sellers who are not familiar with Korean regulations: Chemical Control Act and K-REACH.
