Koa Mindset gives you tools to help you better understand and live well with depression.
With Koa Mindset’s eight-week program, you’ll learn to:
- Identify the cycle of depression
- Understand why and how self-help exercises based upon the principles of CBT can help
- Recognize unhelpful thoughts and thinking patterns
- See how actions impact mood
- Plan activities that make you feel good
- Use mindfulness to focus your attention on the present
- Identify unhealthy core beliefs and develop more balanced, healthy ones
Koa Mindset is a digital tool intended to provide cognitive behavioral therapy exercises, as a supplement to clinical care, for patients 18 years of age or older who are currently being treated by a licensed clinician for depression in order to facilitate behavioral change and promote choices which may help the patient live well with their condition.
- Koa Mindset is intended to be used as a supplement to the clinical care you are receiving.
- Koa Mindset is not meant to be a substitution for any treatment medication.
- Koa Mindset is not for emergency use. Please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room in the event of a medical emergency.
Koa Mindset isn’t for everyone. In order to access Koa Mindset, you must get an activation code from your healthcare provider.
