The content is amazing but the app is terrible on the TV! The UX is dreadful. Fast forwarding is a problem, rewinding is a problem (why is the screen black for both?), "next episode" window gets stuck, subtitles showing up is a problem etc. It crashes regularly and makes it tedious to enjoy what you are watching. Also why would the Kokowa name/intro need to play before every episode and add another point of delay? Again, the shows are great but I wish they would go back to partnering with Viki.
