How To Buy
Click on the item you want to buy.
You’ll see the item’s price. This may be a firm cost or negotiable, depending on the item.
Once you’re ready, tap Make offer.(Note: All Offers are Binding for 24hrs).
Enter your payment info
Enter your address if prompted.
Tap Confirm offer to send it to the seller.
If the seller is open to negotiating the price, they may send a counteroffer.
If you and the seller agree on the price and the seller accepts your offer, you’ll be charged and they’ll ship the item to you.
After You Buy
When you recieve your item, you have 3 days to inspect it after it’s delivered.
If there are any issues with the item, if it isn’t what you were expecting, you can instantly request a refund (See Buyer Protection for More info).
After the sale is complete, you review the seller.
How To Sell
To List Your Item, Tap the (+) Tab and Follow the Instructions by Adding Pictures and Answering Required Questions About Your Device.
Once Your Item Has been Reviewed & Made Live, You'll Get Questions or Offers from Other Users.
When You Get Offers, You Have the Option To Accept, Reject or Send A Counter Offer.
If You Accept an Offer or Your Item is Sold, You Have 5 Days to Ship Out the Item to the Buyers Address.
Once the Buyer Recieves the Item, They Have 72 Hours to Verify the Item Is What They Were Expecting.
After 72 Hours, Your Payment Gets Released.
If The Item isn't Correct or in the Expected Condition & The Buyer Requests A Refund, They have 5 Days to Ship The Item Back to Your Address & Then They Get Their Refund.
For Disputes After the 3 Days Period, Kopped It Carries Out an Investigation on the Transaction & Resolves the Case Within 24 Hours.
