Sometimes we have to specify the exact start time of a YouTube video before sharing with our friends, either because it's an important part or a funny part that we want them to see first. The purpose of this application is precisely to help in this process and facilitate the sharing of video with a specific start time.
There is no secret! Just select the "Share" option when watching a video in the YouTube app (or on the site through a browser) and then select "YouTube - Exact Time" from the picklist. After that, just enter the start time you want and share! You can also share directly with your friends on WhatsApp!
