Several underprivileged, marginalized and weaker sections having roots in villages, tribal areas are migrating to different parts of the county to work as blue-collar workers, in result, industries run, cities get essential services, big farmers harvest their agriculture produce. The source of livelihood for most of migrant workers is through daily wage contractual employees in large, medium / small industries and / in unorganized sectors. They also have over a period of time acquired new special skills or enhance their existing skills. Their ultimate source of security is from where they come, their roots – the villages. This app aims to create a platform for both migrant workers and their employers. The larger objective is to get them an improved economic health and well-being.
