Biography of Cici Paramida
Hamidah Idham or better known as Cici Paramida (born in Jakarta, 7 September 1973) is an Indonesian dangdut singer. Cici is the sister of the dangdut singer who won the 2004 KDI (TPI Dangdut Contest), Siti Rahmawati.
Cici lives in a music environment. Their mother was a stringed and qasidah singer. When they were little, they had joined in the same qasidah music group.
Cici Paramida became known thanks to the song "RT.05/RW.03". And the song "Wulan Missing", catapulted her name even more. Cici chose dangdut because its music is not much different from lute and qasidah. Until now, Cici has produced more than 10 albums, four of which are religious albums. Various awards have also been received, including winning the Indonesian Music Award (1999). Many of Cici's albums involve well-known Indonesian musicians, such as the album "Candu Asmara" in collaboration with Guruh Soekarnoputra, and the album "Inseparable", in collaboration with Erwin Gutawa.
