JConnect SiPandai

In order to increase public awareness of banking and considering that not all people have access to banking, it is necessary to provide access to financial services for people who are not familiar with, use and/or obtain banking services and other financial services.
So that in order to expand access to financial services, the Financial Services Authority, the banking industry and other financial services industries are committed to supporting the realization of financial inclusion which is also in line with the National Strategy for Financial Inclusion that has been launched by the Government.

Bank Jatim as the Regional Development Bank in East Java launched a Laku Pandai product called Bank Jatim SiPandai to support the program from the Financial Services Authority. Bank Jatim SiPandai uses a mobile application to make it easier for agents to serve Laku Pandai Bank Jatim customers.

The JConnect SiPandai application has features including:
• Check the Balance of SiPandai Agents and Customers
• Cash withdrawal
• Cash deposit
• Transfer between Bank Jatim Accounts
