League of Anticorruption Governors "LIGA" was the largest Significant Group of Citizens in Colombia, which complied with all the guidelines provided in the regulation to represent the interests of the Colombian people through the defense of public resources, the protection of water and the fight against corruption in all its expressions by promoting the active and inclusive participation of all society under the principles of DO NOT STEAL, DO NOT LIE and DO NOT BETRAY, which are ultimately the fundamental elements for the management of good government with the independence and probity that all Colombians must have.
