APEL BLITAR (Blitar Prison Service Application) is an application that contains information on PB requirements (conditional release), CB (conditional leave), assimilation, CMB (Leave to be free) and registration of visiting services for the family and relatives of the inmate (prisoners/convicts) Class IIB Blitar Prison online via an Android-based cellphone.
* This application makes it easier for you in the visit registration process to get a queue number, which can be done from home.
* Registration is done a maximum of H-1 before you come to visit Blitar Prison.
* With this application you do not need to queue and fill in personal data for luggage.

Visits to Class IIB Blitar Prison are open Monday-Friday except holidays/red dates, with the following schedule of visits:
* Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 14.30 WIB and Friday 08.00 to 11.00 WIB.
