Lavado is a mobile application that allows you to order the collection of your linens, follow the processing of the linens and have them delivered once the linens have been processed at a lower cost, to the laundry of your choice, on the day and time of your choice.
Thanks to our mobile platform you can now:
- identify qualified dry cleaners near you to offer you the best service
- request a collection of linen from an address of your choice to the dry cleaners of your choice and even outside the usual dry cleaning hours and also on Sundays when the dry cleaners are closed
- follow the whole process of treatment of your linens and ask at the end of the process to be delivered to the address, on the day and at the desired time
- benefit from discount coupons
No more lost tickets and clothes; omissions of withdrawals and deposits of linen as well as unnecessary loss of time.
Collection and delivery requests can be made Monday to Sunday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

HOW IT WORKS ?
Start by creating your account as an individual, then after logging in, choose your default dry cleaner (The closest to you or your usual dry cleaner, you can always change it later in the settings), click on 'new order', define your articles and quantities, if your laundry has several agencies (choose one), define your address for linen collection (add the address, then tick "choose"), define the number to contact once you arrive at the place of collection, choose the day then the time of collection, validate your payment (you can pay in full or pay just part and the rest in cash). The collector receives your collection request, goes to the address indicated and collects your laundry for the laundry. The laundry processes the laundry and notifies it on the platform. You can then request a delivery by indicating the delivery address, the day and time of delivery, then validate your request. Delivery costs are paid in cash.
