MSA on Hand

MSA on Hand is a service application for customers launched by PT. BPR MADANI SEJAHTERA ABADI. It has a variety of banking features such as account opening, deposits and credit applications that you can access online. Top up and bill payment features are also available to make digital payments easier for you.
In an effort to advance MSMEs, the MSA on Hand application also has a Forum feature. This feature contains a discussion room to share information and exchange ideas with other MSME partners. With the forum feature, it is hoped that MSMEs will get advice and information so that they can advance MSMEs.

Banking Features for registered customers, can do:
1. Opening a Savings Account
2. Deposit Opening
3. Online Credit Application (maximum 5 million)
4. Regular Credit Application (above 5 million)
5. Check balance
6. Purchase credit and data packages
7. Bill payment (PLN, Internet, BPJS, etc.)
8. Periodic notifications regarding credit application status

Forum Features for BPR MSA customers:
1. There are various categories of MSME groups
2. Can upload reviews in text and images both in the group and outside the group
3. Can comment on certain uploads
4. There is a like feature if you like a particular post
