What is LeaderCOACH?
LeaderCOACH prompts you with questions to facilitate self-reflection, conversations or meetings. It provides a structured process for a given topic (33 from which to choose!), sequencing questions in a logical flow, leading you to a natural conclusion. LeaderCOACH ‘forces’ you (or the group) to consider a subject from multiple perspectives—not just one or two. LeaderCOACH helps you get the most out of every interaction every day.
