Youth in order to be qualified for political, administrative and societal work in the state by informing them of the latest theories of management, scientific and practical planning, and able to apply modern methods to confront the problems surrounding the Egyptian state.
The program is an independent entity affiliated to the Presidency of the Republic and is managed through a professional specialized department
A number of state and civil society bodies and institutions cooperate in its implementation
