This is the first application developed for management of lepra reaction, an important component of leprosy. This application is a basic guide targeting the doctors in the field of leprosy. Due to inadequate knowledge in managing lepra reactions, the patients all over the country were landed with the irrational use of drugs and its complications. So special emphasize was given in first making the proper classification followed by quantification of the severity of the reaction and plan for the appropriate management. A special emphasis was made on the important points on steroids that will add further knowledge to the doctors.
