Hello ... I'm Colette!
I am 39 years old, a fast paced urban life and an insatiable gluttony. However, my busy life does not allow me to cook for hours every day.
I embarked on the creation of this application which brings together my pleasures and skills: cooking, drawing and creating mobile apps. When I tell my recipes to my friends, some of the less fanatic of the stoves, they admit that indeed, it doesn't sound complicated, but that ideas don't come to them as easily. For my part, it is precisely my gluttony that my inspiration comes from. So I told myself that I could share my little fridge kitchen through an application.
On this app, I offer you recipes based on 4 fundamentals:
• Simple & quick recipes:
We are not at Top Chef. My “fridge” kitchen, that is, everyday cooking, is done in 30 minutes on average. The goal is to stop eating processed foods bought in supermarkets, which are neither good for the body nor for the palate.
• Seasonal recipes:
No to tomatoes in winter! Now is not his time, this is a summer vegetable, full of water you need to hydrate your body during this time. Plus, off-season vegetables are grown with lots of chemicals that are bad for you and the environment, and then they just don't taste good.
• Committed revenue:
I offer you alternatives to transform recipes into vegetarian or vegan mode and support you in your responsible approaches
I also want to help you take care of your body by offering healthy recipes and gluten-free alternatives if you are celiac or simply sensitive to gluten.
• Exotic recipes:
Curious about new unknown flavors, my travels are above all taste experiences. When I visit a new country, I very often sign up for a cooking class. So, I share with you here my favorite recipes collected during my tribulations.
