a simple chat bot which it is really not offers anything new to a visually impaired person.

Instead of saying "library" say something like " from your choices" or your previous decisions programed into your phone. Just using a language requires communication between each person on their level of understanding, not a type A, know-it-all attitude with little regard of where and how we are woven together inorder to be able to exist and function. Thanks for your time...I have never been average ! Rich Owen
