The LG Therma V Ambassadors application is a practical daily monitoring tool for installers of LG Air-Water Heat Pumps in France. With its 4 main functions, it allows you to follow your installations, maintenances, after-sales service requests and information on LG air-water heat pumps in a few clicks.

- New installation: enter information about your installations for better monitoring and rapid activation of LG warranties.
- My installations / After-sales service: follow your installations and add new information (date and details of maintenance, after-sales service request, etc.).
- Access to LG documentation: access all documentation on LG Therma V air-water heaters (product sheets, user and installation manuals, commissioning document, etc.).
- Contact LG: make a request for technical information, training, spare parts or other by email to LG France.
Application Information:
- The LG Therma V Ambassadors app can be used when your phone is not connected to the internet. Data saved offline will be synchronized when your phone is connected to the internet again.
- The LGMV application is required in parallel. When creating a new installation, you will need to attach the LGMV application reports to validate your installation.
- This application was developed for LG Electronics France. The information is available in French.
