Libya Guide Pay is a mobile phone payment service. This payment service is provided by Libya Guide to support electronic payment infrastructure for e-commerce in Libya. Users can link their accounts to their local banks to add funds to their electronic wallets. Payments can be sent through either scanning the receiver's QR code or by entering the receiver's gateway number. The receiver can also send payment requests to the sender who can then accept to make the payment to reject it.
