Unable to view local offers, even though location services is enabled. Did not work on my Pixel 7, or on my new Pixel 10.

The app doesn't even work anymore. I kept giving errors. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it won't let me sign in stating the email is invalid when its not.
