Link4Life Patients

Link4Life is the application of health commissioning multi-party relationship (patient - physician - paramedic). To patients, this application allows you to:
- the creation of the medical record that you can share with caregivers of your choice. The application becomes the carrier of information, each caregiver, whether general practitioner or specialist, physiotherapist, midwife or nurse (AD) can place their medical information;
- the location of medical and paramedical caregivers around your position;
- the real time monitoring by your caregivers of your pathology, acute or chronic;
- Real-time tracking by your caregivers for your post operative stay: pain, temperature, sleep, scar, transit, urination, weight ...
