The Objective of the Project is to increase weather information awareness to mobile users across the Pakistan, and to stay connected on all Android handheld devices for any Alerts like Weather, Rain, Pollen count, Earthquake, Storm, Cyclone and Disaster information for mobile users. Keeping in view the current scenario, LMKT and Pakistan Meteorological Department in collaboration with Code for Pakistan are interested to develop a Cellular Mobile Phone App. This application will keep users updated with weather as well as changes in environment. Users will get alerts based on severe weather and environmental changes providing those alerts for safety precautions.
