Total Interest = 1,000(monthly Interest) x 4(repayment period) = 4,000

Total cost of loan = 100,000(principal) + 4,000(Total interest) = 104,000

Monthly repayment amount = 104,000(total cost of loan) ÷ 4(repayment period) = 26,000
