The deliverer can go through the entire delivery process without leaving the DeliveryAssist. The deliverer can: view orders and appointments, start the route, contact the customer, indicate which articles are to be delivered, note comments from the customer, pass on internal actions to colleagues and have the customer sign for receipt.
