The Sounds Around Us application was developed for educational, diagnostic and correctional purposes in the work of a developing teacher, speech pathologist, speech therapist, teacher of the deaf.
The application contributes to the development of non-speech hearing, which in turn is the foundation for the development of speech hearing and active speech.
Parents can also use this application to help their children quickly learn the names of some animals and natural phenomena and develop their auditory and phonemic perception, which is the basis for the formation of speech up to 3 years.
Now the application has 4 sections:
* Nature with the sounds of thunderstorms, rivers, seas and creaking snow;
* Wild animals with wolf, bear, beetle, tit and woodpecker sounds;
* Pets with cat, dog, cow, goat, horse, chicken and rooster sounds;
* Vehicles with car, truck and airplane sounds.
When developing the application, the scientific principles of neuropsychology and modern speech therapy were taken into account.
