Emergency calls
LoirePhone mobile products provide management functions designed to redirect emergency calls to the native cellular dialer when possible and commercially reasonable. Please note that such functionality is also dependent on the operating system of the mobile phone, a component over which we have no control and may be subject to change at any time. Consequently, Loire Telecom formally wishes to point out that the LoirePhone product is not intended, designed or adapted to make, transmit or take charge of emergency calls. Loire-Telecom cannot be held responsible for the costs or damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the software for emergency calls. Using LoirePhone as the default dialer can have an impact on access to emergency services.
