Dedicated to the management of general meetings of buildings administered by Loiselet & Daigremont, the Aglaé application is the optimized tool to allow co-owners to attend their meeting in the most efficient and comfortable conditions possible. A tailor-made development makes it possible to carry out the statements of votes directly with your smartphone or a tablet for immediate integration into the software and this in a completely secure environment.
Aglaé was born from the recognized experience of the company Loiselet & Daigremont in the administration of buildings and in particular the management of general meetings. The application made available and downloadable on a smartphone or on a tablet, allows, after entering a personal code, to be identified as a participant authorized to attend the meeting and to cast a vote on the various decisions constituting the agenda. During each voting session, everyone is invited to comment on the questions submitted for their assessment in a clear and simplified ergonomic context. In effect :
- the wording of the latter is accessible at any time
- voting buttons are visible and unambiguous
- the change of direction of the vote is possible as long as the session is not closed
- an instantaneous restitution of the result of the ballot is made available on everyone's individual screen.
The deadlines for holding general meetings are therefore reduced as well, the purely technical part of the statement of votes being thus greatly optimized in order to leave more room for the legitimate explanations that each co-owner present is entitled to expect.
