The app is for everyone who cares about their surroundings.
It allows the citizen to:
- Easily submit incentives for eg. defective lighting, broken road, black landfills, stray animals, etc.
- Read official notifications from cities and municipalities involved in ESMAO and receive push notifications when a new notice is added to the official notice board of a city or municipality.
- Obtain information on the services of the different towns and municipalities involved in ESMAO.
Submission of suggestions:
All reports are automatically delivered and assigned to the appropriate local authority.
How to proceed?
1 - Launch the application
2 - Select Suggestions on the bottom bar
2 - Select the stimulus category
3 - Enter your suggestion (take a photo or upload a photo, enter your location and complete the accompanying message)
4 - Fill in contact information (Fill in your contact information only if you want to be informed about the status of your complaint resolution. If you do not want to be informed about the status of your complaint resolution, you can send the complaint anonymously.)
5 - After sending you will receive a confirmation e-mail if you have provided your contact information
Official notifications:
For official announcements, all cities and municipalities involved in ESMAO are offered in a selection, but not all of them publish official announcements yet.
How to proceed?
1 - Launch the application
2 - The first run application allows you to easily select the cities and towns from which you wish to receive push notifications and read notifications, sorted by name or location (if enabled)
3 - Official announcements are retrieved automatically (Notifications on bottom bar)
4 - In case of receiving notification of adding a new notice to the official table of selected towns and municipalities, these can be found in the menu under Announcements> Notifications
Information about services:
To retrieve service information, you select one city or town from all of the participating ESMAO cities and municipalities.
How to proceed?
1 - Launch the application
2 - Select e-Services in the bottom bar
3 - Use the icon at the top right to set the city or town
4 - You will see a similar selection of towns and villages with the option to sort by name or location, except that you only select one city or town for e-services. You can always return to the setting and change your selection, services will automatically load for the newly selected city or town.
5 - After confirming the selection, the category list is loaded
6 - Select one of the categories to expand the el. service
7 - Choose a service
8 - You will see a detail of the service, where you can switch between the tabs Information, Contact, Legislation, Fees, Web (after selection, the detail of the service opens on the website)
