Loto Stics, the idea started from a curious observation of graphs on the lottery results database since 2008.
Why this date? There was a change of machine and the events before 2008 were not observable.
So I started observing redundant events every year, and I try to predict their occurrence by a statistical algorithm.
Chance will always be chance, but the odds of a recurring event always happen.
