● Registering Paper Exchange Voucher
Paper vouchers purchased/gifted from Kakao/Naver/SK Telecom/KT/LGU+/SK Broadband, etc. can be exchanged for Lotte Mobile Gift Certificates that can be used immediately online/offline. If you are keeping the exchange voucher as a photo, it is more convenient to automatically enter it through image import.
● Gift a gift certificate
Gift vouchers can be gifted with just a mobile phone number. You can present it to up to 10 people at a time, and if you just want to receive it, you can refuse it within 2 weeks.
● Check your balance and get a refund
You can check the total balance of gift certificates in storage and the remaining amount for each gift certificate. If there is any remaining amount after use, you can easily apply for a refund after checking the actual refund amount.
