About Love Islam
Islamic law is a law established by Allah through His revelations which is now contained in the Qur'an and has been explained by the Prophet Muhammad as His Messenger through his sunnah which is now gathered together in the books of hadith. In terms of Indonesian society, various types of terms have developed, where the terms of one another have similarities and differences. The terms in question are Islamic shari'a, Islamic jurisprudence, and Islamic law.
In the Islamic legal literature in English, Islamic shari'a is translated with the term Islamic law while Islamic jurisprudence is translated as Islamic Jurisprudence. In Indonesian, for Islamic shari'a which is often used is the term shari'at atata or syara 'law, for the term Islamic jurisprudence is used the term jurisprudence law or sometimes Islamic law.
In practice, often both terms are summarized in the words of Islamic law, without explaining what is meant. This can be understood because both are very closely related, can be distinguished but cannot be separated.
Islamic law does not distinguish between private law and public law as in western law. This is because according to Islamic law in private law there are public aspects and in public law there are private aspects. In Islamic law all that is needed is only the parts.
According to M. Rasyidi, the Islamic law section is: munaakahat, al-ahkam as-sultaniyah (khilafah), wirasah, siayar, muamalat in special meaning, mukhassamat, and jinayat or ukubat.
here, in our application we also explain about various Islamic sciences which are easy for example, procedures for ablution, procedures for prayer, and much more.
suitable for people who are beginners of Islamic learning
