Local Primary Care was established in 2014 as the Federation of General Practices within Blackburn with Darwen. All 24 General Practices within Blackburn with Darwen are members on this platform. Local Primary Care works on behalf of the practices to provide excellent services by supporting member practices and helping our patients.
