With the LPR ServiceApp, LPR recipient and shippers, technicians and field service representatives can now access and control their after-sales processes via mobile devices 24/7.
The functions are customizable according to application area and customer-specific needs. The main features of the real-time app include:
• Simplified registration of pickups (returns, cross-shipments)
• Tracking (Track & Trace) incoming and outgoing broadcasts with extensive shipment information
• Ordering of shipping labels (returns, cross-shipments)
• Direct contact with customer care
• notification of absences (holidays, seminars)
Service managers receive important additional functions via the separately provided control tower of the app, for example to activate individual features, to send group-internal messages to technicians and much more.
The access data for the app and the control tower are provided in consultation with the account manager of the LPR.
