E-MTQ is an MTQ (Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur'an) race management application for the Semarang City Level. This MTQ activity is managed by the Tilawatil Qur'an Development Institute (LPTQ). Through E-MTQ, it is hoped that the race can run more effectively, openly and transparently so as to be able to produce young people of high quality.
