The application supports Luceos Smart Service Management solution and its Client Service Portal. Its purpose is to help an End User in registration of a service tickets that can be then handled by Service Team. The wizard in the Luceos Smart Tickets application gathers key information from the End User in customizable steps: type of incident, equipment affected, pictures and others – according to Service Team needs.
