The application is designed to make an urgent personal call for help in cases where it is quickly needed. The application is very easy to use, so it can be used by many different users, including those of mature age for whom the application is primarily intended.
After installing the Lunatel Emergency Call application, users only trigger an emergency call with one touch of a screen. Installation is easy and requires users to select up to five contact points who will be able to help the user if necessary.
Using the app, an emergency call is sent from the user's phone that lands at the call center where the operators are sitting 24 hours a day, all days of the year. Along with the emergency call, the application also sends to the call center:
1. the user's location from which the emergency call was sent and
2. contact persons and their telephone numbers so that call center operators can call them and agree on the type and method of assistance at the location from where the application user called for assistance.
