works terribly... it freezes on 23% constantly...

hello . first time to use your App for my grade 1 kid and I installed it in desktop and I used it for one day , the other day I even can't enter it stuck at 23% and stop loading .... also I tried to open it in my Android tablet the app says wrong Password not matching the registered email but it's the right password and email for sure what's the problem ??
