Madrasah Geographic Information System (MAGIS) is a web-based madrasa database that provides valid, accurate, and up to date madrasah data. The development of GIS-based madrasa data has advantages, in addition to displaying madrasah profile data, MAGIS also displays maps and positions of madrasas that have been validated. MAGIS not only provides madrasa information in tabulated form, but also provides visual data that is more attractive and easy to read. The existence of MAGIS which is a development of EMIS data can strengthen data on Islamic educational institutions, with the hope of providing support for the realization of one data for all within the Ministry of Religion.
