Why isn't the monthly magazine getting updated in the app since last 3 months

I paid for 2 annual subscription for me and my mother. But have not been getting new magazines or access to old magazines Seems like a scam. I have lost two lots of $8.5 payment . Beware buyers. Abde syedna tus Shabbir Rajkotwala
