The pilot project MAIA MD focuses on the introduction of advanced telemedicine services to health care. The project allows the use of safe, simple and modern communication between patients and doctors, which is more convenient and efficient service delivery of health care to insured VšZP. The pilot project MAIA MD involved general practitioners who are members of the Association of Physicians for adults Slovak Republic. After successful completion of the pilot project, we expect a significant expansion of the application MAIA MD in most Slovak clinics for general practitioners in Slovakia.
