Maisha Mothers is a service from Thalia Psychotherapy. It aims to ensure that both mother and child are healthy and getting the best out of life.
Maisha mothers is aimed at ensuring that the mother's mental health is at the foundation of everything being done. this is done to ensure that, post postpartum depression - the silent killer of African mothers is arrested.
This is done by ensuring that mothers mental health status is monitored at all stages during pregnancy and after pregnancy. Additionally we provide support to the mother though peer support and cheaper home items such as cooking oil and unga at below market prices.
Through our network of providers including hospitals and clinics we are able to reach most mothers all over Kenya. Our contact center is also available though out to support the women when need be.
