Impossible to use the app. Every menu gives me Failure! This site cannot be reached. Please check your Internet connection and click here to refresh.

Much more complicated claim submission than competitors like Ergo. Some fill-out windows do not open but are required. The time taken to evaluate a claim is also significantly longer than Ergo, Sesam, or Compensa.
