MS Office Spaces is the APP developed by Management Solutions to optimize space management in corporate offices. The application complements the procedure for reserving staff positions, work or meeting rooms in Management Solutions' offices, allowing Management Solutions to confirm that the positions occupied by the Firm's professionals match those previously reserved through the Space Management application.
The APP, available to Management Solutions professionals and with protected access through corporate credentials, uses the mobile device's camera to capture the QR code of the workstation and check whether there is an active reservation for that professional for that position:
- If for that position and in that time slot there is a reservation for the professional scanning the code, the system will confirm the reservation.
- If there is a reservation for the professional scanning the code in that time slot, but not for that position, the system will report the correct reservation.
- If there is no reservation for that professional in that time slot, the system will report that fact and the professional will have to manage the reservation of a workstation according to the procedure.
When leaving the staff position, work or meeting room, no action will be required.
