I am discontinuing my journey with Manorama after being a loyal customer for more than three decades. Even after moving out of Kerala I used to search for these weeklys just so I could stay connected. Till Covid everything was fine and the customer service was excellent. Even though I was not regularly reading I used to automatically renew the subscription without thinking twice. This app is the biggest downgrade for Manorama. Not able to access issues inspite of continuous renewal. Worst app.
