It is any person generally older in age who is saturated because of these personal occupations, not being able to go to the CAMTEL agencies anymore or even worse to remember these multiple codes which becomes more and more painful in order to activate an internet package (FAKO) or call (TOLI) and many other services offered by the historical company CAMTEL
In our jargon, it is a person who has the financial means and is not going to ally himself for a service of activation of a package (Fako or TOLI)
II- WHY THIS APPLICATION?
Following the complaints received from customers or subscribers of CAMTEL, which saturate the agencies in order to benefit from the assistance of the team after sales, It came to us the idea to propose a solution which would not only come to liberate the agencies who here were saturated and make smile on the lips of his subscribers
The idea therefore starts from this observation, was matured and gave birth to a so-called software solution which is the intellectual work of a group of young Cameroonians all specialists in the fields of NICTs with related skills allowing them to be versatile. today work as a team under the label ManSofTel.
III- WHO CAN USE IT?
Can not use it, only one who has the mental and intellectual faculties, we speak here of a physical person and not moral. We have subdivided these individuals into two broad categories that we will summarize.
We have among others:
1- Simple user
Who is a simple user? a single user is one who uses the telecommunications services for personal use.
2- Call-Box
We include Call-Boxes, CAMTEL Outlets, CAMTEL Authorized Distributors, who resell telecom services. They are considered here as retailers.
IV- ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
1- Material conditions
Whichever category you choose, an adnroid phone version 3.0 and up is required for using the Nyamorô Keyboard.
2- Conditions of acquisition
The Nyamorô Keyboard is an android software solution hosted in the download sites (Play Store) or provided directly by the ManSofTel team whose installation is easy and simple just by running the apk.
3- Terms of use
At the first use, each user has 07 days of evaluation in order to get acquainted with the new solution which is an innovation. To benefit from it, it will have just to make a registration by providing the following elements:
- Choice of category;
- your civility;
- Your full name
- Your valid CTPhone number;
- Another GSM number.
4- Activation conditions
In order to activate your software, all you have to do is:
- An Orange Money account by which you will make your Orange Money transfers or deposit in order to pay your subscription;
- Have an SMS Pack as additional charges may apply during the interaction between the software, the user and the ManSofTel technical team.
- Subscription rates:
* Single user: 2,000 F CFA / year
* Call-Box: 3,000 F CFA / year
payable via Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money, for a period of 01 year (365 days upon activation). Once activated, you will have access to all the services and options offered by the Nyamorô according to your access rights.
