Simple chatbot app using openai chatgpt API

The part where advertisements were output whenever communicating with the existing openAI server
-> *Changed to display only when moving from the main screen to the chatting screen*
In the case of babbage, only English can be output, so the answer is through papago translation, and in the case of davinci, since there are many coins required for a question, an advertisement was inserted. ㅠ.ㅠ If it is maintained without a full-page advertisement, it will be replaced with a banner advertisement to reduce user inconvenience!
Currently, two versions of the model (text-babbage-001, text-davinci-003) are provided, and the answer to the question is called when the submit button is pressed.
As another version, KEY_GPT3, which is a method of registering your own chatgpt api key (how to save and load it on your phone itself), is available for free.
When using the emoticon (the emoticon is cute!) that is only available in the babbage model, one quote is output.
