lost all my entries because of a bug, when i enter my passcode it repeatedly says that it was incorrect, reseting my phone didn't do anything so i tried deleting it to see if i can open my account, fortunately i did, but all the data's gone even though i backed it up regularly

I've had this for a couple of years now and I paid for full access. Unfortunately, there are very prevalent issues with backing up. All of my data from my previous phone is completely inaccessible and doesn't restore, that's like years of entries just gone. And even now, I had a lot of difficulty trying to link my google account to the app and now that I have it refuses to back up and encounters an error everytime. It's disappointing as I truly loved this app, but it's just not functional.
